1. General

2. Wagering requirements

Bonuses may carry wagering (play-through) requirements before bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn. Each offer states its wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum stake while a bonus is active, and the time limit to complete wagering. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering.

3. No guarantee of winnings

4. Eligibility & fair use

• Self-excluded players and players who have reached a relevant limit are not eligible.
• We may withhold or reclaim a bonus and related winnings where we reasonably believe an offer has been abused — including multiple or linked accounts, collusion, irregular or risk-free betting patterns intended only to extract bonus value, or fraud.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

5. Expiry & changes

Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire as stated in the Offer Terms. We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion for legal, regulatory or security reasons, or where required by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). We will not apply changes retroactively in a way that unfairly removes a benefit you have already validly earned.

6. Advertising & consent

In line with Ontario's Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming, we advertise inducements, bonuses and credits only on our own platform or to players who have given active, specific consent to direct marketing.
